城市行动实验室 is a course that challenges students to take on real challenges within the greater Boston community. Partnering with community-based organizations 和 government, this experiential learning course guides students as they act as consultants, 通过电子游戏正规平台解决现实问题, 分析, 和协作. It's a capstone experience offered in the Fall 和 Spring semesters 和 requires permission to enroll.

The 科克兰中心 城市行动实验室 developed recommendations during the 2020-2021 academic year as part of an ongoing project to strengthen the Codman Square Business District. Students 和 professors from the 科科伦房地产和城市行动中心 researched several forms to ensure the proposals for economic development considered legitimate neighborhood input 和 reflected neighborhood data.

Colin's 城市行动实验室 project was completed with Caribbean Integration Community Development, 当地社区发展公司. Tim's 城市行动实验室 project created a redevelopment concept for an existing Boston Public Housing Authority property.
